I hold a PhD in Philosophy from the Center for Complexity Studies at El Colegio de Morelos, a PhD in Social Sciences, and a PhD in Education. I completed a specialization in Public Policies for the Promotion of Equality in Latin America and the Caribbean at the Latin American Faculty of Social Sciences (FLACSO), Brazil campus. I am currently an Associate Professor-Researcher "C" at the Faculty of Philosophy and Letters of the Autonomous University of Guerrero, Mexico. I am a member of the "Education and Interculturality" Working Group of the Latin American Council of Social Sciences (CLACSO) and a consultant for the UN-ECLAC system on the "Closing Educational Gaps" project, implemented in 2024 and 2025 in the states of Guerrero, Oaxaca, and Yucatán. I am also a member of the Academic Group "Study of Humanistic and Social Discourses" (UAGRO-CA-250). My areas of interest include critical pedagogies, Latin American educational thought, and the sociology of education.
